CellsWay offers three panels: the CTC Identification Panel (CD45⁻/cytokeratin⁺/DAPI⁺), the ER/PR/Her2 Panel and the PD-L1 Panel. This episode covers the composition of the panels, which clinical question each answers, and why markers on CTCs may differ from the tissue profile.
That the panels are research-use-only (RUO) and cannot be used in diagnosis/treatment decisions is emphasized here as well.
